Return & Refund Policy
SKIN by Olga is dedicated and committed to providing you with the best customer
service possible. It is of the utmost importance to us that you are happy with your
purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email:
info@skinbyolga.ie within 7 days of receiving your purchase, making a note of your
order number, your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the
reason why.
Once we have received your email, we will contact you directly with our returns
address and further instructions.
Returns
1. Please note, refunds and exchanges are only issued for NON-OPENED,
UNUSED OR FAULTY ITEMS AND MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS
of hearing back from us. We are unable to issue any request if you have not emailed
us first.
We do not accept returns on samples. We do not allow credit on FOC items.

Gift cards.

Shipping costs.

2. Keep the original packing since you will need it in order to return the item. If we
made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item, we will promptly exchange your item
and deduct any return shipping expenses you occur from your account.
3. The item must arrive in the same condition as it was sent to you in order to receive
a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non refundable, unless you received
damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy). You will be refunded in the
same way you paid.
4. It is strongly recommended that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service,
because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned
merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.

5. If a package is returned to us because you changed your mind for any reason or
because you have refused delivery, we will refund your account after checking all
returned items; all actual shipping charges we incurred will be deducted before
refunding your account. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a
mistake.
6. Refunds
All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30
days.
6.1 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded. We will offer an online voucher in return.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or erroneously supplied. If you
need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@skinbyolga.ie and
send your item to: SKIN by Olga, 34 Donnybrook Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, D04P9R6
Once we have received a returned item please allow 7-10 working days for us to
process your exchange.
In cases where the desired item for exchange is not available we will notify you and
issue you a refund unless you request another item of the same value.
7. 1 If you have received an item in error, we will replace this item once we have
received the wrong item back with us. We will require you to return the item to us
which we will reimburse you for once we have received it back (a copy of the
postage receipt must be sent with your return or scanned and sent via email to our
customer service team).

8. Damaged products
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact us via email
within 7 days of receiving your item for a replacement.
Please attach to the email a photo or video showing the defect or damage on the
product.

9. Additional information
Customs Charges - If you live outside Ireland, you may be charged customs fees
based on the value of your order. These fees are not charged by SKIN by Olga but
are charged by Customs & Excise. Please contact your local Customs office in order
to establish if you will be subjected to fees.
