How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as UPS or DPD for fast and secure delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive email notifications with tracking links so you can monitor your parcel in real time. Updates include:
- Delivery schedule and estimated arrival time
- Tracking information for your parcel
- Notifications if delivery was attempted and instructions for collection
Important: After your package is handed over to the courier, Skin by Olga is not responsible for delivery delays or issues.
Has my order been shipped yet?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
How long does delivery take?
For customers in the Republic of Ireland, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
We use tracked courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates?
- Standard Shipping: €8 flat rate within the Republic of Ireland (delivery in 3–6 business days)
- Free Shipping: Orders over €100 qualify for free standard shipping within Ireland
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location
Customs & Taxes: Skin by Olga is not responsible for customs duties or taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Store Pickup?
Prefer to collect your order? Free in-store pickup is available:
- Tuesday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
How can I return an item?
If you’d like to return a product, please email our customer service team at info@skinbyolga.ie.
Include the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- Your contact information
- Whether you’d like a refund or an exchange
- The reason for the return
Once we receive your email, we’ll reply with our returns address and clear instructions on what to do next.
Important:
- Refunds and exchanges are only available for unused, unopened, or faulty items.
- Items must be returned within 7 days after you receive our confirmation email.
- We cannot process any return without prior email notification.
Returns and refund policy
Returns
Returned items must be non-opened, unused and in the original packaging with labels intact. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. If a parcel is lost we can only refund items sent via recorded delivery. We will only refund the original shipping charge if the return is made within 7 days of you receiving the order and following our guidelines.
If you are returning a faulty item to us we will refund the cost of shipping as well as the cost of the item.
Exchanges
Once we have received a returned item please allow 7-10 working days for us to process your exchange.
In cases where the desired item for exchange is not available we will notify you and issue you a refund unless you request another item of the same value.
If you have received an item in error, we will replace this item once we have received the wrong item back with us. We will require you to return the item to us which we will reimburse you for once we have received it back (a copy of the postage receipt must be sent with your return or scanned and sent via e-mail to our customer service team).
Why has my card been declined?
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders declining is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the ‘billing address’ section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered here. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.
How secure is your website?
We do not store any payment information, and all the channels we use to process payments are completely secure.
Orders for collection
If you make an order for collection, you will receive two emails from us, firstly that your order has been processed and secondly when your order is ready to collect. We will keep your order in store for 7 business working days, if your order is not collected within this period, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund.
