Founder & Skin Expert | Beauty Therapist of the Year
Skin by Olga was born from a belief that exceptional skin requires more than a beautiful treatment. It requires knowledge, precision and an uncompromising understanding of the individual epidermis.
For more than two decades, Olga Kochlewska has dedicated herself to understanding the science, artistry and evolving possibilities of skincare. Her fascination began in Poland, long before skincare became her profession. As a young girl, she experimented, researched and questioned—always searching for better methods, exceptional products and a deeper understanding of what influences the skin.
That curiosity became a career. Following an Honours Degree in Cosmetology from the prestigious Polish Medical Institution, Olga moved to Ireland in 2005 with a clear ambition: to create a truly exceptional skincare destination built around expertise, individuality and results.
In 2016, that vision became Skin by Olga, an intimate boutique salon in the heart of Dublin. What began as a personal philosophy quickly became a destination in its own right. Olga’s highly individualised treatments developed a devoted following, with waiting lists forming almost immediately and her reputation extending well beyond Dublin.
Today, Olga is recognised as Beauty Therapist of the Year since 2018 and is regarded for her uncompromising approach to advanced skincare. Her philosophy is simple but exacting: every skin is individual, and every skin deserves an individual strategy.
A devoted believer in the exceptional philosophy and methodology of Biologique Recherche, Olga has developed her expertise through extensive international training and an ongoing search for the very best in skincare. Her pursuit of excellence takes her regularly to Paris and the United States, where she continues to explore emerging science, technologies, techniques and the world’s most sophisticated skincare formulations.

Katarina
Senior therapist
With over 30 years of experience at the highest level of professional skincare, Katarina brings a rare combination of medical education, technical expertise and an intuitive understanding of the skin.
A graduate of the prestigious four-year programme at Zagreb Medical School in Croatia, Katarina began her career across dermatological clinics and leading beauty salons before establishing her own successful salon, which she personally ran for 13 years.
Her fascination with skin began remarkably early. Always curious about the way the epidermis responds to its environment, lifestyle and individual influences, Katarina developed a deeply analytical approach to skin health that continues to shape her practice today.
At Skin by Olga, she has undergone extensive, personal training in both Biologique Recherche and Valmont methodologies, while mastering the salon’s exclusive facial remodelling techniques and advanced LED technology.
Katarina’s signature lies in the sophisticated balance of hands-on expertise and cutting-edge technology. For her, the ultimate reward is not simply a beautiful treatment, but witnessing a client discover a visible, measurable transformation in their skin.
Committed to continual evolution, Katarina works closely under Olga’s tutelage, constantly refining her knowledge and technique in pursuit of the most advanced approach to skin.

Manager
Natalia is the quietly exceptional force behind the seamless experience at Skin by Olga. With a natural eye for beauty, an instinct for organisation and an unwavering attention to detail, she ensures that every aspect of the client journey feels personal, considered and effortlessly refined.
Originally from the beautiful region of southern Poland, Natalia studied at the prestigious Jagiellonian University in Kraków. What began as a few months in Ireland to perfect her English soon became eight years—and ultimately, a new chapter in Dublin, which she is now proud to call home.
Her appreciation for beauty has been lifelong. Growing up surrounded by nature and flowers, Natalia began her career as a florist, before developing a passion for interiors, decoration and creating beautiful spaces. Today, this innate aesthetic sensibility is reflected in the meticulous care she brings to the salon, helping to maintain the elegant environment for which Skin by Olga is known.
Behind the scenes, Natalia is the master of precision. She oversees the salon’s extensive client and product portfolio, carefully coordinating appointments and ensuring that each client receives a truly bespoke experience. Her understanding of individual preferences, treatment schedules and product needs allows her to connect the details that make personalised skincare possible.
For Natalia, exceptional service is about more than organisation—it is about knowing the client, anticipating their needs and making every visit feel effortlessly personal.
