From the 28th week of pregnancy until birth, skin is protected by vernix caseosa — a film of water, lipids and proteins that shields the epidermis while it develops. Crème Masque Vernix VG replicates that original composition. Rich in lipids, proteins and antioxidant peptides, it reconditions the epidermis and supports its defences, so the skin barrier is, in essence, reborn. One product, two uses: cream or mask.

Regenerating Ingredients

Soybean Phospholipids: Forming a protective film, soy lecithin aids in restructuring and repairing cell membranes, preserving the skin's beauty.
Complex with Raspberry Seed Oil and Vitamin E Derivative: Rich in omega-6 and omega-3, this powerful complex from raspberry seed oil and a vitamin E derivative promotes tissue regeneration and improves the skin's barrier function.
Luffa Oil: Extracted from luffa seeds, it restores the lipidic state of lipid-deficient skins, providing repairing and nourishing properties.
Pinus Pinaster Extract: Derived from Landes pine trees, this extract repairs the skin barrier, reduces water loss, and possesses anti-inflammatory properties.
Protective Ingredients

Biomimetic Peptide: Derived from thymopoietin, it stimulates the regeneration of basal layer keratinocytes, resulting in increased epidermal thickness and the restoration of the papillary pattern.
Carob Seed Extract: This extract accelerates epidermal and dermal reconstruction, enhancing the skin's ability to repair itself.
Yeast Extract: Rich in vitamin B, yeast extract promotes skin integrity, offers a re-balancing effect, and stimulates detoxification at the cellular level.
Anti-ROS and Anti-RNS Antioxidant: A Vitamin E derivative with antioxidant and detoxifying properties, combating signs of skin aging.
Moisturizing Platform

Ceramide NG: A pure molecule identical to skin ceramides, it captures and binds water, contributing to the rapid, effective repair of the skin barrier.
Plant-based Squalane: With a strong affinity to the skin, plant-based squalane prevents dehydration, restores suppleness, and limits transepidermal water loss.
Protein Hydrolysate and Wheat Protein: These ingredients offer moisturizing, anti-irritating properties, and high antioxidant activity.
Wax Complex: Consisting of Candelilla Wax, Shea Butter, and Glyceryl Isostearate, it improves water retention on the skin's surface, promoting long-lasting hydration and enhancing the protective function of the skin barrier.
