BUST: Apply 3 to 4 pumps into the palm of your hand and spread evenly across both palms. Apply in a figure-eight motion — with the right hand flat, start under the right breast and move towards the left shoulder, passing through the middle of the chest. Repeat on the opposite side. Finish with an upward smoothing motion on the outside of each breast.
BUTTOCKS: Apply with wide circular massages from the upper thigh towards the hip.
