Shake well before each use.
+ Apply liberally and evenly to face and body in a single direction (versus rubbing back and forth or in circular motions). This will allow for a smooth, even, and unbelievably sheer application. Blend well - take a few extra seconds to blend thoroughly, then allow to set. Reapply at least every two hours, and after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating or immediately after towel drying. Children under 6 months: ask a doctor. For external use only.
