Water-resistant brow definer

A multi-functional, long-wear, water-resistant eyebrow pencil for customisable definition. The fine-tip applicator creates natural hair-like strokes, yet the rich, buildable, blendable and non-tacky formula also allows a full, bold brow. It is ideal for filling in sparse or over-tweezed brows and transforms shapeless brows in just a few strokes. Polymers give lasting power for up to 10 hours of wear, vitamin E conditions, and the styling brush blends colour and sweeps brow hairs into place. Three universal shades: Soft Brown (blonde to light brown hair), Cool Brown (medium to dark hair with cool, ash undertones) and Warm Brown (medium to dark hair with warm, golden undertones). 0.14 g.

Recommended for: sparse, over-tweezed or shapeless brows; light to dark brow hair.
